Yet another Update 26/8/2008

HELLO AGAIN!

Sorry for this long gap. Almost 4 months...

But let's get into bussiness.

New games:

There are a lot new ones, but I decided to write only about 2 of them.

Beijing 2008 : The Official Game Of The Olympic Games
Funny isn't it? This game was out long before the olympic games even started! Anyway, the game is actually the next of the sequel. Nice graphics, I have to say, but I hate the cover. Each and every of the people on it are American. How dow I know? THEY ALL HAVE AN AMERICAN FLAG ON THEM! For Godness sakes! Please! Give us a break! I wouldn't rate it too high. But it is worth a view. So, if there is a videogame expo near your house, which happens to have this game on display, go there, take a look at it, and then go back home.

Murder in the Abbey
Now there is a good mystery game. Nice, simple graphics. Much scenery. A lot of plotting and hours of wondering "Why did that happen? Who did it? What is this all about?". It is a game worth playing. It is a lot like the Lucas Arts games, the ones with this guy named Guybrush Threepwood, but a bit more serious that that... it is what a real "detective" wanabe would look forward to.

This is a friendly reminder of how exciting old games can be.

Gothic 1,2, 2 GOLD and 3 !

The gothic sequel is the most amazing sequel of games ever. They wanted to make just 3 of them, which would seem sophisticated, BUT THEY ARE NOT! They made the third, but people liked it so much, they are going for a fourth version! Gothic 4 is in the pipeline, but I will really take a long time. They haven't even decided when to start. Anyway, I have information, that they will use Nvidia Physx in it, which will give everything an exciting glance into the world of Gothic. Wait, that can't be right. NVIDIA??? PhysX? Wasn't that AGEIA? Well, you are right, but not anymore. Now, NVidia bought PhysX and they think it is better this way. Anyway, let them do whatever they wan't who cares... my PhysX is still the AGEIA version...
